All rental prices include reception and patient management, high-speed Wi-Fi, professional cleaning, access to the patient waiting area, CQC registered premises, all utilities (electricity, heating, water), IT support, and medical waste disposal where applicable. You simply bring your expertise — we take care of the rest.
No. You can practise under our existing CQC registration. SW11 Clinic is fully CQC registered, which means you can start seeing patients immediately without the lengthy and costly process of obtaining your own registration. We handle all compliance requirements.
We offer Consulting Rooms (ideal for GP consultations, psychiatric assessments, follow-ups), Treatment Rooms (for minor procedures, dermatology, aesthetic medicine, physiotherapy), an Ultrasound Suite (equipped with modern ultrasound machine for radiologists and obstetricians), and a Minor Surgery Room (fully equipped for procedures under local anaesthesia).
Very flexible. You can rent by the hour for occasional use, by the week (7 days) for regular clinics, or on a monthly basis for the best value. There are no long-term lock-in contracts — we tailor the arrangement to suit your practice needs.
Yes. You can view room availability and submit booking requests directly through our website. Simply select your preferred room, choose your dates and time slots, and we will confirm your booking within 24 hours.
Equipment varies by room type. Consulting rooms include examination couches, blood pressure monitors, otoscopes, and ophthalmoscopes. Treatment rooms feature surgical lights, instrument trolleys, and sterilisation units. The Ultrasound Suite has a modern ultrasound machine with monitor and reporting station. The Surgery Room includes operating table, surgical lights, diathermy unit, suction, and monitoring equipment.
Yes. When you rent with us, your profile is listed on our Clapham Junction patient portal. Patients can search for specialists by specialty, view your profile, and book appointments online. We also offer an integrated telemedicine platform for online consultations.
Yes. When you sign a rental agreement, we create a professional website for you with online booking integrated with your schedule — completely free of charge. This includes your profile, services, and a booking system linked to your availability.
We can handle patient payments and billing on your behalf. You receive transparent monthly statements detailing all transactions. This removes the administrative burden so you can focus entirely on patient care.
SW11 Clinic is located at Clapham Junction, London SW11 — one of South London's best-connected transport hubs. The area is served by multiple bus routes and is just minutes from Clapham Junction railway station, making it easily accessible for both doctors and patients.
The clinic is open 7 days a week, Monday to Sunday, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. This gives you maximum flexibility to schedule your clinics at times that suit both you and your patients.
